David Stewart Associates were involved up to Planning Approval for this development of 36 new affordable homes. The site is on the Eastern edge of Kidlington in the Oxford Greenbelt and as such was subject to planning restrictions. DJSA were involved in extensive consultation with the Local Authority in establishing the need and suitability of the site.

The layout has been designed to respect the rural character of the area whilst still providing modern community based facilities like the large Public Open Space. The location and orientation of units has been considered and to maximise the views available both internal and external to the site.

The dwellings achieve Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and full Lifetime Homes.
