A former garage court site in Bicester which had become derelict through neglect, this is one of a series of such garage site conversions to provide affordable housing through Sanctuary Housing Association.

Designed to Code level 3 of The Code For Sustainable Homes to provide much needed two and three bedroom accommodation using modern methods of construction and adopting energy saving and water conserving features without the need for roof mounted solar panels.
