This project involved the demolition of an existing derelict building replaced with a single disabled access bungalow with off street parking and private amenity space. The two bedroom bungalow will be for social rent and provide a fully accessible layout for wheelchair users.

There is a covered parking space and canopy to provide protected access from vehicle to the front door. The gardens of the bungalow have level paving around the property to enable ease of access.

This development incorporates all Lifetime Homes standards and Wheelchair Housing Guide criteria.
