Portland Road

This residential development for Sanctuary Housing Association comprises of six semi-detached and one detached house; five 3 bedroom houses and two 2 bedroom houses.

The project involved the demolition of four existing terrace houses. the replacement structure are designed to meet Lifetime Homes Standards and The Code for Sustainable Homes whilst being built to very high standards of construction.  The scheme also exceeds the requirements of Part M of the Building Regulations and meets all relevant Lifetime Homes criteria.

The site layout is planned to ensure good quality vehicular and pedestrian access throughout. Two of the houses have their access directly off Portland Road. The remaining houses are accessed via a purpose built access road.
