This residential development comprises of six one-bedroom flats to be used as temporary accommodation for Sanctuary Group.

The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors, a characteristic already present in the area. The internal layouts are flexible whereby each floor may be converted from two one-bed flats into a two-bed flat and a single room bedsit. This is to help short term housings needs to be met quickly and reduce housing waiting lists.

The flexible layout is achieved by secure doors connecting the bedrooms in each flat and a robust separating wall construction to meet the requirements of Part E of the Building Regulations, so that in either situation there is no lesser provision for reducing sound transmission between the units.
